Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system.
A consultation form must be completed prior to your appointment to ensure all treatments are safe and fully tailored to your individual needs.
Your booking will be confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is provided if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, the deposit will be retained and a new deposit will be required to secure a future booking.
No-shows or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Appointments can be easily rescheduled using the link in your confirmation email.
This policy allows us to respect our therapists’ time and offer appointment availability to other clients waiting to book.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full treatment experience.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in reduced treatment time in order to avoid delaying the next client.
Please note that the full treatment price will still apply.
If you arrive too late for the treatment to be safely or effectively carried out, the appointment may need to be cancelled and will be treated as a late cancellation in line with our cancellation policy. ✨
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and no notice is provided, the appointment will be recorded as a no-show and the full treatment cost will be charged.
Repeated missed appointments may require full payment at the time of booking, and in some cases we may decline future bookings.
We truly value our clients’ time and appreciate the same consideration for our therapists and other guests waiting for appointments. ✨
Refund Policy
Please note that all treatments are non-refundable once they have been completed, due to the nature of professional beauty and wellness services.
If you experience any concerns following your treatment, we kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours so we can review the matter and assist you where possible.
Gift Voucher Policy
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Physical gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this period.
Any remaining balance may be used toward future treatments within the original validity period. Where applicable, vouchers may only be used by the named recipient.
Please note that lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced and should be treated as cash. Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or upon arrival and cannot be used in conjunction with promotions or special offers unless explicitly stated.
Expiry extensions may be granted at our discretion and may be subject to an administrative fee.
Gift cards may be purchased online or in person and will be issued with a unique redemption code. Appointments should be booked online as usual and the code presented at your visit.
