  • Appointment Schedule

    All treatments operate on a structured appointment timetable to ensure each client receives the highest standard of care, privacy, and preparation.

    Monday — Friday

    Appointments run from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM

    Saturday — Sunday

    Appointments run from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

    This carefully planned schedule allows time between sessions for thorough sanitisation, room preparation, and practitioner reset, ensuring every experience begins in a calm, pristine environment.

    To preserve a peaceful atmosphere and avoid disruption to ongoing treatments, please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Doors will open shortly before your session begins.

  • Appointments can be easily secured through our online booking system via the website.

    We recommend reviewing the treatment information to ensure you select the service best suited to your needs.

    All bookings are made online where you can view live availability and receive instant confirmation.

    Please note that appointments are not arranged via social media, phone, or email.

    The spa is located within a secure office building with controlled entry.

    Accessibility

    A lift is available to the second floor however due to the size and layout of the treatment room, the space may not be suitable for wheelchair users.

  • By Train

    The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Waverley approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the building.

    By Bus

    George Street is well served by public transport. Most bus routes travelling into Edinburgh City Centre stop on or near Princes Street, which is a short walk away.

    By Car & Parking

    Limited pay-and-display parking is available on George Street and surrounding streets.

    • Charges apply during daytime hours

    • Parking is typically easier to find in the evening

    • Evening and overnight parking may be free, subject to local signage

    Several secure multi-storey car parks are also located within easy walking distance, including St James Quarter, Q-Park OMNI, and Castle Terrace.

  • At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

    Less than 48 hours notice will be treated as a late cancellation or no-show, and 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. All deposits are non-refundable.

    If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours in advance your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.

    If you miss your appointment or cancel within 48 hours and wish to book again a new deposit will be required to secure the new appointment.

  • Congratulations on your pregnancy 💗

    For your comfort and safety, treatments are not offered during pregnancy. Sessions require lying flat for an extended period and involve products that may not be suitable at this time.

    If you become pregnant after making a booking, please let us know as soon as possible so we can rearrange your appointment.

    We would be delighted to welcome you once you are able to receive treatment safely.

  • Yes gift vouchers are available in the following amounts: £95, £145 and £175.

    Both physical gift cards and digital vouchers are available.

    Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

    If you have a physical gift voucher please email us before booking so we can arrange your appointment and apply the voucher value to your treatment.

  • We use premium professional products from Oway a luxury Italian brand known for its natural, biodynamic, and sustainably sourced ingredients.

    These formulations are designed to care for both the scalp and hair helping to cleanse, rebalance, nourish, and promote overall scalp health while enhancing the condition of the hair.

    If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or specific concerns, please contact us before booking so we can advise on suitability.

  • To deliver the full benefits of the Head Spa, clear access to the scalp is required throughout the treatment.

    For this reason, we are unable to perform the service on clients with hair extensions (of any type), braids, locs, or sew-ins, as these can prevent effective cleansing and treatment of the scalp.

    We would be delighted to welcome you once these have been removed, so you can fully enjoy the experience and results.

  • Appointments are limited to clients aged 18 and above due to insurance requirements.

  • Hair is towel-dried after treatment to remove excess moisture, but it will remain slightly damp as blow-drying and styling are not provided.

  • Can men have this treatment?

    Our services are primarily designed for women however men are welcome to receive treatment by referral. If you have been referred, please contact us in advance so we can assist with booking.

  • Please note that the treatment room is located on the second floor and is not wheelchair accessible. Due to the building layout and room dimensions, the space is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair access or large mobility equipment.
