Appointment times are scheduled from the booked start time not arrival time. Clients are expected to arrive on time in order to receive the full treatment experience.
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in a shortened treatment if time allows or the appointment being classed as a no-show if the treatment can no longer be completed safely or comfortably.
Full service fees apply for late arrivals, as appointment time and treatment space are reserved exclusively for you

Please arrive no more than 5–10 minutes early for your appointment.
The treatment room is located on the second floor within a secure building. Access requires a personal pass which is held by the therapist.
The therapist will either come down to allow entry or meet you at the entrance shortly before your appointment time. Doors cannot be left open, as treatments run back-to-back and access must be managed individually.

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Any cancellation or attempt to reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment is classed as a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Same-day cancellations or rescheduling requests are automatically treated as no-shows.

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, sensitivities, or recent illnesses via the consultation form or prior to the appointment.
If you are feeling unwell you must reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
For safety reasons, treatments may be declined or discontinued if deemed unsuitable on the day. If treatment is declined on arrival, the appointment may be classed as a no-show and charged in full.

A no-show is defined as failing to attend an appointment, arriving more than 15 minutes late, or cancelling or attempting to reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment time.
No-shows are charged 100% of the service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted or refused future bookings.

To maintain a calm and professional spa environment, only clients receiving treatment may attend appointments.
All treatments are strictly for clients aged 18 and over. Treatments for anyone under 18 are not offered under any circumstances.

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Sakura Blossom Spa cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or unattended items.

From time to time photographs or videos may be taken for educational or marketing purposes. No content will be shared without explicit consent.
Please inform us prior to your appointment if you prefer not to be included in any media.

A 100% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Deposits are deducted from the final balance at the appointment.
Deposits protect the reserved appointment time, preparation and private treatment room.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers are non-refundable non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be extended beyond their expiry date.
All gift vouchers must be registered on our website prior to booking. Vouchers cannot be used towards deposits and are redeemed against the remaining balance at the appointment.

Sakura Blossom Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if policies are not followed, behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive, or treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Charges may still apply in these circumstances.
